Magikarp Jump: Green Dapple Gyarados

It actually surprised me that the magikarps patterns don't affect how the gyrados looks if you evolve them, unless it's a shiny gyrados. So I decided to try to make a gyrados with the magikarp patterns. Since red is kind of an opposite of blue in the color circle, I decided to make the gyrados green since the magikarp is pink. I tried my best and I hope it looks fine xD
